ineptitude at its finest

I got my welcome pack through for my new tv package on saturday it detailed what i was going to pay, it inclouded a big fat £49 instalation charge that i had previously spent an hour on the phone arguing away. So i spent the weekend angry at them when i called up thiis morning they informed me they had already aplied a £49 creddit to my account to cover it without telling me. I just can't believe it eaven when this company dose somthing right it looks like an all mighty cockup.
