Wassailing in Rye Foreign

Spent a very enjoyable Saturday Wassailing an apple tree at the Royal Oak at Rye Foreign. Watching Morris Dancing drinking beer and wassail and toasting the Apple tree. Followed by fireworks. Needless to say I did not dress up for occasion but think while in my cups I signed up for Rye Bonfire boys.... Oh dear!
