Having a ball

This is one of those blips where the write up says a lot more than the photograph.

The tennis ball is on the floor of a room at Wythenshawe hospital.

The room has been occupied for 12 weeks now by one of my students.

During his time in hospital he has continued to send work whenever possible, and it is always of a very high standard.

He is truly inspirational so going to the hospital today to discuss assignments has been an easy and pleasurable job.

To satisfy your curiosity, the ball has been used by the physio to help relieve tension in his hip. By doing exercises with the ball under the hip, muscles can be loosened up and pain relieved.
