Moel Famau

After a busy week decorating the master bedroom (it's still not finished) I took the day off and drove down into Wales and Loggerheads Country park and the Clwydian Hills. The hills are the last section of Offa's Dyke National Trail going North or the 1st section going south. This is the view looking south from the summit of Moel Famau (1818ft). If you go here be warned the parking fee at the main visitor centre was £5 for all day which was too rich for me. So went a little way up the road towards the hills and found a forestry car park for a £1 with a snack shack and bacon butties.
