Wonderful

'Hey.'

'Hey,' he replied as he squinted through waking eyes to the day making its way through the early morning sky. 'Sleep well?' he asked, pulling himself up in bed to scrunched up pillows behind him.

'Of course, I was sleeping next to you. You're wonderful, you know that don't you?'she asked, her left leg resting under her as she sat on her side of the bed as a golden smile lit up her pretty face.

'Come here,' he said, arms outstretched as she fell into the love of his arms.
