Sunday 18 October 2009: Compass Sport Cup
I've blipped orienteering before, this is the finish line of the Compass Sport Cup, which took place today in Rockingham forest (Leicestershire). My wife's club Aire suffered a low turnout and so didn't do to well (11th out of 11). The club depicted here on the right (Essex Stragglers) are a 'small' club and came 4th in the 'Trophy' competition, the club on the left (South Yorkshire Orienteers) are a 'big' club and came 1st in the 'Cup' competition.
