Tuesday 20 October 2009: Wincher's Stance
That's the name of this sculpture by John Clinch located in Buchanan Street Bus Station.
There has always been a bit of a debate about whether they are actually meeting or parting.
Just after I photographed it a guy from the Bus company came over to me and said (quote) - "Aye ye see that's what happens tae ye if ye winch a Glesca Lassie"
Eh!!
A least he wasn't over to tell me photography was prohibited which is often the theme in places like this these days.
