On the lead

We must have had a lot of rain in the night. I walked Jasper to the Mas, intending to carry on with the digging, but the soil was much too wet. So I had a cup of tea and then we walked back.

Because it's a hunting day (Thursdays and Sundays) I keep Jasper on the extending lead on the tracks instead of letting him off as usual, but he doesn't really like it. Too bad!
