Chocolate Icebox Cake Dessert

My husband, John's family has a favorite holiday dessert his mom would often make for birthdays. It is called Chocolate Icebox Cake. Well we are a little late for the birthdays, but made it yesterday and it needed to chill before eating. So I made it and in the icebox it went. It is going quickly, so needed to plate some up for a photo before John ate it all. He is not a big eater, but he sure dishes up a good sized bowl of this. It is really more of a chocolate mousse folded with whipped cream and angel food cake, what I would call a trifle, but as I don't have a proper trifle bowl, we usually goblet it up. Or is that gobble it up? For those dark chocolate lovers, it's the dream dessert!
