Say hello to a few of the birds of St. Stephen's Green in Dublin.

I think they look rather dramatic up in the leafless branches. I would almost go so far as to say I liked them.

But then someone has to go and produce a bag of stale bread and all of a sudden you are ducking to avoid swarms of the pestilential vermin. That big square in Venice was worse as the birds seemed to take great delight in nearly blinding you with their fast moving beaks and/or claws even when there was no evident bread around.

And don't get me started on those (clearly weirdy) people who seemed to positively encourage at least a 1000 pigeons to rest upon various parts of their bodies.....
