The moon was about 2 hours high

I was looking at an original page torn from an old family bible and was intrigued by the details about John who would be my gt gt gt gt gt gt grandfather. His parents were born in 1666 and 1667 and his grandparents probably around the 1640s.
There were 10 children including Betty (1) and Betty (2) who was born less than two years earlier and two called Robert born six years apart and James whose burial is recorded at the age of two months. “Little Tom” was born in 1691 and John was born on July 31st 1697 when The moon was about 2 hours high.

John himself had 13 children including three called Elizabeth born in 1737, 1746 and 1748 or 1749. It was very common for infant deaths at that time with few families having all the children surviving to adulthood.
The times of birth are given for almost all except John and as few people possessed clocks or time pieces then they must have been fairly wealthy. But what time was moonrise on July 31st in 1697?
