Another pound off I so hope I can keep it off. It's so hard in the winter you always seem to fancy really stodgy food....pastas and puds with custard...aaarrgghh!! At least I've kept the walking despite the blooming rain and cold...nearly broken the 200 barrier.....hooray!!
