Heating up lamp

Tonight has been the last thermal imaging surveys of this year. Compared with previous years I've seen more houses with damp/humidity problems and a lot of LED lighting in situ. Sadly British houses are a lot older and poorer built than their European equivalents, and combined with 10% annual energy price inflation isn't a good for the average person's pocket. I hope the advice I've given out is useful and that people are able to save a little.

Tonight's back blip is a small GE Lighting 5w CFL heating up. Small CFLs are relatively recent innovation, historically their large size and weight has been one of their more persistent problems. Their colour, speed of reaching full output and light output has drastically improved compared with models of two decades ago, when they really were not that good.
