Playing with Mono

Rain has stopped play today in this corner of England

Therefore I have used the opportunity to play with Elements.

I'm trying to get a more interesting mono look - when I convert an image to mono it seems to lack depth. There are some awesome monos here on blip, that take my breath away as they look so atmospheric and interesting, but I can't seem to accomplish the same sort of feel

Still practice makes perfect!
