Strike 1

An active day today- in the morning I went for my third swim of the week and in the evening I joined a Church group going to the bowling. My bowling efforts are a trifle inconsistent so a strike can be easily followed by a complete washout.

I improved as the evening progressed but sort of tailed off towards the end.
