Initially Lorraine and I didn't have any plans for the day but I ended up spending four hours at Canterbury Hospital with the remainder at our daughters. Huseyin's (son-in-law) brother and family dropped in so managed to capture this shot of their youngest daughter and our new granddaughter, Jade.

The hours at Canterbury Hospital were to get a plaster cast removed from mum's arm. My mother-in-law removed the first plaster herself so a heavy duty one was fitted; the only problem was that there was no one at her aged care home who could remove it so we needed to take her to the hospital. What an afternoon as mum, who struggles with dementia, just wanted to go home and the hospital staff were giving us conflicting information as to when someone would see her. All in a day!
