Running fuel?

Managed my (now!) regular, early morning 5-mile run along my favourite canal before work.

Some running-friends have been advising me to start using 'energy gels' for my longer, weekend runs: minded to try these two (which I've been given) for my run on Saturday?


For now - here are today's running figures

Height: 6 ft 4inches
Weight: 15stone 7pounds
Distance run: 5-miles
Pace: 10-mins/mile
