Wild Goose Chase

A wild, wet and windy day left me wondering where today's blip opportunity was going to come from, so when Tess spotted this goose taking a stroll on the side of the road at the entrance to the housing estate where my sister and brother-in-law live, it was a case of slamming on the brakes, grabbing the camera from the boot and chasing off down the road after our friend here in the pouring rain to make my capture.

After that I could enjoy Sunday lunch (no goose on the menu!), safe in the knowledge that a blip of some sort was taken care of.

Thankfully, the car has decided to behave itself today.
