Somewhere Over the Rainbow.....

Our last full day in Exmouth and the sun in shining once again, we can't grumble about the weather on this short break holiday even though the weather said gales and rain. We have had some strong winds but nothing like what we were expecting and today the wind died down and the sun came out so we all took a boat ride along the River Exe for a spot of wildlife spotting, we saw many Oyster catchers, Shags, Cormorants and even a grey seal, with gulls ducks Egrets and Curlews too.

We even had a rainbow over the land just as we were passing a moored fishing boat, we even saw HS trains passing Dawlish Warren too, all of which I managed to blip.

We are packing as I write, well Mrs BM is and then we will get ready for our last Dinner of the holiday, then drinks and Music, Oh did I tell you we won the Quiz last night, a bottle of cheap bubbly for the girls.

Tomorrow we head off home at 09:00am just after breakfast, then on Friday we head off again for Scotland, but that's another story.
