Yorkshire Pudding Day

In celebration of this great day for Yorkshire people everywhere I created a roast dinner with puddings served as a first course with a rich gravy. My friends from Hong Kong loved it and enjoyed their first taste of home cooked puddings.

It reminded me of my childhood when we would have Puddings as a first course every Sunday, no doubt used by my mum to fill up her sons in lieu of more expensive food. But I still love them and today they were not too bad.
