Saturday 31 October 2009: Poor Skye
This is Skye on the vet's table just about to come round from the anaesthetic.
Out for our usual walk in the stubble fields this morning, but this time when Skye brought the ball back she was streaming blood from her nose. Couldn't see exactly what she had done to it through all the blood, but when I got her home and Mrs B cleaned her up it looked like she had slit it open on some stubble.
So off to the vets it was to get her stitched up.
She's had a quiet day and now seems fine - but with a very neatly stitched up nose.
