Leadership training

Day full of leadership training - a full day course for my ILM Level 3 qualification, and an evening workshop too.

This is an Alpine Butterfly knot which I learnt to make during the ILM course (not part of the syllabus! It was a demonstration of good and bad ways of supporting people in learning a new skill). I really enjoyed both sessions as they were varied and interactive, and got me thinking about both myself and others.
