The Forth Bridge

I just had to venture out of Edinburgh today to visit the iconic bridge, hoping for some interesting light on a day of varied weather. And I am not disappointed with the result, the sun was out on the bridge and behind heavy rain clouds approached, perfect. Check out the Dinky scale train....

The train guard recommended to have lunch at the Hawes Inn next to the bridge, and yes it was a good recommendation with superb ale and delicious food.

Now on the ECML heading back to Ely, currently doing 115mph! I will be back.....
