Coastival parade

I joined a merry band of stewards – dubbed luminaries – who will help the Coastival parade next Friday and Saturday evenings run smoothly. In bright winter sunshine, we were given yellow coats and over-trousers and taken on a tour of the route, from the Spa to the Valley to the harbour. It’s all looking like a fantastically exciting festival. The parade is entitled Orpheus the Mariner.
