Out with the old, in with the new amalgam.

I find Monday mornings sometimes need ridding of their innate bouncy enthusiasm, so with this in mind I took myself off to the dentists' to have a couple of fillings replaced. It took around 40 minutes, through which I tried to relax my shoulders and neck but still ended up a shattered wreck by the end.

There was a faint whiff of burning on occasion as the top filling was drilled and dug out from a wisdom tooth. This image is the chart I was given to illustrate what was going to happen.
