Here's one I baked earlier

I'm half way through the baking day. Things are getting busier as the weekend gets nearer.

Last night I made some dough which was wetter than they usually make, so I was concerned whether it would turn out well. Luckily here is the proof that it did! (Smaller loaves are baked in twos in a larger tin).

Trickiest thing this morning was trying to manipulate a 3 metre long paddle to put the bread into the wood fired oven!
