Breaking the rules

Within my workshops, I go through a set of rules of composition that tend to create some nice images. Now and again though it helps to break the rules, don't use thirds, in this case it was because Edinburgh Council doesn't allow anyone into the gardens during the evening so the alignment of the moon and the castle wasn't where I would have liked it to be. I am really pleased with this though even if it would be great if the council could cut back the trees from this point so it would be a view not spoilt by the trees blowing in the breeze.
