The essential 50p-piece

Swimming this morning - and another 20-lengths at the increasingly busy Dalry Pool ... reckon it must be the lighter mornings, but definitely more swimmers in the pool now than several weeks ago.

Well - as indicated earlier - I won't be doing a long-run this weekend, as we're away to celebrate a VERY significant birthday (not mine, I hasten to add), down in Northumberland ...

... bit of back-blipping may be required early next week ;-)
