Blueberry Hill

A (rightly) proud chef produces her first cheesecake. I may be biased, but I think it could be the best ever. The secret (it appears) is keeping a thin biscuit base and introudcing flavoured biscuits to the digestive crumb (in this case those cinnamon thingmies you get from IKEA). OK, too much detail, but really it was excellent
