Saturday 14 November 2009: St Andrews Pier

With the other half away to a virtual poetry thingie in St Andrews I thought I'd take some time up there to take some pics after dropping her off.

Now I've done the Cathedral, the Score, the Golf Course and various other St Andrews scenes before but I'd never done the harbour and the pier. So on this wet miserable day down to the harbour I went.

This is a pic of the pier that the university students traditionally walk along gowned up after Sunday morning church service. if it gets any windier than it was today I certainly wouldn't be doing it!!!
