Hotpot

We had some friends over for dinner tonight and I cooked a Lancashire hotpot (James Martin recipe... slightly adapted), followed by hazelnut and raspberry meringue cake (Mary Berry recipe, no adaptations... well apart from decorative). An enjoyable day in the kitchen, and a lovely evening with friends.
