Behind bars

My favourite feline, Pookie, sitting halfway up down the stairs, just like Kermit the Frog's nephew Robin. It's a bit fuzzy, but it's the only photo I've taken today.

There was some welcome sunshine this morning, but, just in case we started to think it was here to stay, a heavy shower this afternoon brought us back to reality.

I did the initial preparations for a Moroccan lamb tagine this morning and have now popped it into a low oven to cook slowly. By the time I'm ready to eat, it should be lovely and tender...
