horns of wilmington's cow

By anth

Week. End.

Yet another non-stop week in a vastly gathering collection.

Nice walk in the morning through the park with the big lens, but the shot is of the regular local foxes (uncropped), given I was passing before the schoolkids would be walking past and sending them scurrying. All feels like very familiar territory after the wonder of the Northern Lights last night.

Lunchtime... Out with the big lens in St Cuthbert's Cemetery (one of my unexpected hidden wildlife spots.

Coming home... in the gathering gloom there was brightness in the form of a small flock of Redwings and a teeny Treecreeper.

Tomorrow.... Work in the garden, but a spare hour or so in the morning, so I'm not taking any bets on another fox shot.

Also, slowly but surely getting used to a new phone. After four years of iPhone use it feels a little like starting all over again.
