Oneroa Bay Waiheke Island

We were sad to leave Waiheke this morning and actually were last on the ferry! another story! Blipping of course!
Caught a bus to the airport and wondered about the flight home, we were in sunshine but Christchurch was not so pretty, high winds and heavy rain. The plane rocked around coming down but the pilot did a surprisingly smooth landing!
Rob picked Lorraine and I up, it was tipping it down and cold! I now see why so many people want to live in Auckland! Not complaining though as I love the South Island.
We drove around to PCCs house to pick up Serpent my sister in law who has come to stay and has been blipping her way around India for several months an interesting journal to look into.
Good to be home and it wasn't raining in Timaru!! And we got to see some pretty spectacular cloud formations and sun rays over the mountains on the way down.
