Heatwave

Truly a scorcher! A dry wind, that felt like it was going to burn the skin off your back didn't help matters either.

Temperatures getting as high as 44.8C in Athens, Thisio. This is the highest temperature ever recorded since 1897. The second highest was recorded in 21/6/1916 and was 43C.
