Flying

Was riding lesson day.
This horse was filled to the brim with attitude and spirit.
It raced several times around the paddock and then stood and challenged me and my camera. Magnificent.

Why is that we humans revere this kind of spirit, track it down, tell ourselves how desirable it is, and then do our damndest to tame it?
