Saturday 21 November 2009: Saying farewell
<back blip>
The end of our week in Dahab. 13 dives in canyons, caverns and chimneys, on walls, reefs and in seagrass. We've seen seahorses, octopus, moray eels, pipefish, anemonefish, torpedo rays, blue spotted rays, groupers, anthias, butterflyfish, shrimps, wrasse, hundreds of varieties of coral and sponge... The list could probably overwhelm the blipfoto servers if I typed it out in full!
We've rested, chilled out, eaten well and had nights out with friends and even come last in a pub quiz. We've spent time with old friends and made some new ones.
I don't know what MrsCyclops was thinking as she looked out over the bay in Dahab as we killed time waiting for our taxi to the airport, but I know that we were both sad to be saying farewell to our friends, to sunshine and warm water and lazy days.
Thank you to everyone who helped make our time in Dahab so wonderful (especially the team at Red Sea Relax), hopefully we'll see you all again soon!
