Pasticio

I love food and I love cooking and I'm happy with a husband and 2 sons who have a healthy appetite.
As someone who likes to try new recipes, I usually see a lot of nice food pictures online and in cookbooks. I try to take a picture of the dishes I make, but they never turn out as great as the ones in the cookbooks. I really think it's my lack of knowledge in the food department, because at the end of our meals the pans are empty and the plates are clean.

This is a Greek pasticio dish. The whole family loves it.
