Grey with a hint of grey

Grey old day, with not even a fox in the afternoon to bring a bit of colour. We did, however, overhaul a small section of the front garden, which might not look like much, but there were a few almighty battles with the old bushes that were in there, with every other available bit of space taken with some vigorous ground covering spread, and an old fern root. Weird how a change to such a small section of the garden can completely transform it.
