Blue sky thinking
It was a blue sky day today. Not as warm as it has been, but still warm enough to eat lunch outdoors. After lunch I went for a walk on the beach and took a lot of very minimalist photos of dunes and sky. This one is a little more interesting because it has rushes and water in it too. I saw egrets (again), a flamingo, and some tiny and very cute ring-necked plovers, but they were all too far away to be worth blipping.
After work we thought we'd go and see the sunset over the bridge in Deltebre. With the help of a website that tells you the sun's position at sunrise and sunset, we identified the correct time and place. Indeed, it would have been perfect, if a large grey cloud hadn't come and positioned itself in front of the sun precisely at the moment when it was setting over the river. Never mind!
