The Hen that Comes to School!

This is the very friendly hen who visits the nursery every day. There are a total of three that pop through the fence to see us. They're very tame and join in with the children, scratching when the children dig in the bark much to their amusement and they like popping into the 'pencil house' to dry off and preen. Great experiences for the children without the job of looking after them!
