Rocket

He's nine months old and he lives up to his name, tearing around our friends' house and begging for people to play with him. Rocket is the most vocal cat I've ever met. When confronted with his "bird" toy (the blurry thing on the string above his head), he makes chattering teeth noises and little chirps, then leaps a good four feet straight up to catch the thing. We had great fun looking at the pictures, noting that his generous tail is always fully extended when he's in mid-air. Note that he is an indoor cat, so no real birds will ever be harmed by this activity.
