Tree!

Lovely stay at our friends' house and lots of lively debate about what to do and see on our Venice trip - looking forward to going back and having a fun and lively time and lots of lovely wine!!

Stuck in roadworks on the way home - had seen glorious swathes of daffodils, but nowhere to stop, so decided to try a photo through the car window. Liked the look and shape of this tree standing out against the still grey sky (see back blip from yesterday).

Back home now, and in need of sleep. Think an early night is in order!
