What we saw yesterday

On our trip to New Hampshire yesterday I finally brought my 300mm w/ the 1.4 extender and this is what we saw !!! More on flickr and embedded in my mind's eye. It was an experience I shall never forget, such a majestic bird/birds. We saw three, two males and a young one a cottage roof.

For the Record,
This day came in cold, crisp and sunny.
