Beside the Sea

Managed some beach walking today at Scarborough.

There was much to see - surfers - kayakers - and the sun had brought lots of people onto the beach - though most of them stayed out of the sea - erected windbreaks - and built some marvellous sandcastles. Then went on to Peasholm Park

Went onto Whitby for a fish and chip tea - a takeaway from The Magpie Café.

I do enjoy being beside the sea
