At The Hub today for an interesting afternoon of foodie encounters and discussions with the Budding Chefs project, run by the Institut Français.

At one point we had a liquid dropped on the back of our hands which we had to taste. Salty we said. Like soy sauce maybe? Fermented grasshopper.
