Chicken or beef?

My old mate P from Finland will visit me this weekend, and although I am not overly enthusiastic about spirits in general (actually I'd prefer a Tetley's - damn the evil Carlsberg empire) I will be a good host and offer the following:

Option 1 is what has been referred to as "dry Finnish white wine" by some of my Finnish friends, a potent spirit called Koskenkorva (or Kossu). The taste of home as he currently resides in Zurich...

Option 2 is Zarskaya vodka, supposedly filtered through a gold membrane...hmmm, whatever
