Thursday 3 December 2009: New Haircut
Today started off miserably with more rain and gloomy surroundings.
The morning was spent buying stamps for Christmas cards and railing against the cost pf posting parcels and calendars to Oman. The price is exorbitant and more than the cost of the parcel contents.
However things improved considerably as the day progressed and by the time we went for our valedictory dinner with david77 and the other members of the family we all seemed to be in a good mood and even the rain didn't seem to be a problem. ( It never seems so bad in the dark when you can't see it!)
This blip is one of david77 with his no hair haircut explaining the intricacies of some game on Lucy's DS.
