Day 43: Late Late Late

Another late run tonight. Got home and had dinner for about 6:30pm which meant I had to wait for a couple of hours for it to settle. It could get messy otherwise.

The run itself was fairly solid. Headed out at a steady pace for 52.5 minutes, turned and tried to get back in the same time or less. I felt good in the last couple of k's so pushed my pace up a notch or two. It was good to know that I had it in the tank.
