Kayakers in Studland Bay

The kayakers are setting off from Studland's Middle Beach towards "Old Harry and his Wife", the chalk stacks to the left of Handfast Point on the mainland.

This chalk seam once reached across to today's Isle of Wight, where "the Needles" are now the counterpart of Harry and his (now very diminished) Wife.
